Retail
Retail clients are in need of space that has an ambiance that attracts and retains customers, and is likewise functional for staff efficiency. Retailers have a myriad of special needs based on their focus. This can range anywhere from grease traps for restaurants, to lighting in a showroom, to safety systems for high end merchandise. Placement, colors, storefronts, all play a part, and we work closely with our clients to assure their space reflects who they are.
Industrial
Whether manufacturers or distributors, our industrial clients need space to create, build, store and move product. Ceiling heights, shelving, HVAC, power requirements, and lighting are all critical elements to be considered, as well as access to the various platforms. We are there to help assess the space and assure the build out meets all the needed requirements to support efficient operations.
Office
Office space is as diversified as the businesses themselves. Some prefer private office space, some prefer open work areas that are conducive to community conversation, some prefer a combination of both. Conference rooms, reception areas, work rooms, breakrooms and restrooms are all pieces of the puzzle that must fit together to create the optimal space. Working alongside our clients we strive to advise on the best configurations to accommodate a productive environment.
