History
While Capital TI Group, Inc (CTIG) was organized in 2010, CEO and President, Britt Hardeman, has always been an entrepreneur and involved in construction his whole life. Having grown up helping with the family real estate portfolio, Britt was surrounded by construction activity and the managing of properties. This led to the creation of multiple relationships statewide that won him respect for his ability to accurately estimate costs, effectively manage projects, and deliver a quality product.
As the business grew, so did his team - and Capital TI Group, Inc. became a reality.
His desire is to portray CTIG as a strategic partner with clients, providing quality work with honesty and integrity, and understanding that relationship is paramount to garnering loyalty and future business.
Taking responsibility for actions, being able to negotiate, and providing educational opportunities for clients are important to both him and the CTIG team.

At CTIG we believe education is an ongoing, ever growing process - both for our clients and for ourselves.
