The Challenge:
Client had converted an office building to condo offices and sold first floor. Client wanted to downsize their space and create an additional office to lease out.
The Buildout Solution
In order to create independent spaces for each floor of the building a staircase was removed and additional space was allotted to each floor. Client wanted to downsize their own space and create a new feel to their location. The demised space was left in shell condition for a future incoming tenant, and their space was built out with two offices, and a kitchenette. New cabinetry, paint and flooring were completed in the occupied side providing the client with a "like new" work environment.
